Return & Exchange Policy

Our confidence in the quality of our fragrances allows us to offer a flexible return policy:

• Customers may return or exchange a fragrance within 10 days of receipt.

• Returns and exchanges are accepted even if the fragrance has been opened or lightly tested.

• The product must be returned in its original packaging and in good condition.

• If the fragrance does not meet your expectations for any reason, we will be happy to assist you.

• Shipping fees for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the error is on our part.
