My Story
Élian Voretti
I was born in Grasse, in the south of France — a city known as the cradle of fine perfumery. There, scent was part of everyday life. My mother had a deep love for lavender; she grew it, dried it, and filled our home with its calming presence. The soft aroma of lavender in the mornings, the warmth of old wooden houses, and shelves of aged books formed my earliest memories and my first connection to fragrance.
For over thirty years, I worked quietly behind the scenes in the world of perfumery, searching for balance, precision, and identity in every composition. I learned patience, respect for raw materials, and that true fragrance is never rushed. At the age of sixty, I chose to retire, believing I had expressed everything I could through scent.
But passion never disappears — it simply rests.
I moved to Dubai in search of a different rhythm, without plans or expectations. There, I discovered a rich and profound olfactory culture. Oud, amber, and spices awakened something I had long forgotten. I found myself returning to the workbench, this time with greater freedom and without constraints.
In a small, private atelier, I began creating fragrances once again — not to follow the market, but to satisfy my own sense of purpose. Each scent I craft today is a dialogue between my French roots and the spirit I rediscovered in the East.
Today, I work with a passion stronger than ever. I create fragrances that carry a story, a memory, and a lifetime of experience. This is not a return to the past, but the beginning of something new — and this is my story.
